14-Day Refund Window: You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of your initial purchase of a Monthly or Annual subscription.
  • Requests submitted after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
  • This policy applies to NightLights.ai Premium subscriptions purchased directly through our website checkout.

How to Request a Refund

Email [clara@nightlights.ai] with:

  • The email address used for your NightLights.ai account
  • The date of purchase (approximate is ok)
  • A short note that you are requesting a refund

What Happens After Approval

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe.
  • Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider (typically a few business days).
  • Premium access may end immediately after a refund is issued (or at our discretion).

Cancellation vs Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals and keeps access through the end of the billing period. A refund is separate and is only available within the 14-day window above.
