Terms of Service
NightLights.ai
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NightLights.ai (the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) The Service
NightLights.ai provides digital content and features available through a paid membership (“Premium”). The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
2) Eligibility and Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3) Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Billing
NightLights.ai Premium is offered as recurring subscriptions:
- Monthly subscription: $12 per month, billed in advance, auto-renews each billing cycle until cancelled.
- Annual subscription: $96 per year, billed in advance, auto-renews each billing cycle until cancelled.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
4) Access After Cancellation
If you cancel, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your membership will not renew and Premium access will end.
5) Refund Policy (14-Day)
NightLights.ai offers a 14-day refund window from the date of the initial purchase of a subscription (monthly or annual). If you request a refund within 14 days, we will refund the applicable subscription charge.
- Refund requests made after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
- If you receive a refund, your Premium access may end immediately or at our discretion.

6) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to bypass paywalls, access restrictions, or security controls.
- Scrape, copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content from the Service without permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through automated or malicious activity.
7) Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by NightLights.ai or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during an active subscription, subject to these Terms.
8) Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
9) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet every expectation. Content may be updated or changed over time.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NightLights.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription at any time (see Cancellation Instructions).
12) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
